GENERAL

These terms and conditions apply to all services and digital products offered by Maartje Wammes, registered in the Netherlands, operating under maartjewammes.com.

By purchasing a service or digital product, you agree to these terms.

SERVICES OFFERED
Maartje Wammes offers exclusively digital services and digital products. These include:

Strategy Calls (online, 90 minutes) 1:1 coaching and strategy trajectories (online) Digital guides and resources Online courses and modules (including Retreat Academy) Group retreats and live events (online and in-person)

No physical goods are sold through maartjewammes.com.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are stated in euros (€) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payment is due at the time of booking or purchase, unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed upon in writing.

We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. Payment obligations must be fulfilled before access to services or digital products is granted.

For multi-payment plans: if a scheduled payment fails, access to services may be suspended until the outstanding amount is settled. The full remaining balance becomes due immediately upon cancellation of the agreement by the client.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL DIGITAL PRODUCTS

In accordance with European consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason.

However, the right of withdrawal does not apply once a digital product has been made available and you have given explicit consent to immediate delivery which you confirm at the time of purchase.

This means: once you have received access to a digital guide, course, or module, the purchase is final and no refund applies.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL SERVICES

For Strategy Calls and 1:1 coaching trajectories, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase, provided the service has not yet commenced.

Once a Strategy Call has taken place, or once a coaching trajectory has started, the right of withdrawal lapses. The service is considered commenced from the moment of the first scheduled session or the moment access to materials is granted whichever comes first.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

Strategy Calls: Cancellation or rescheduling is possible up to 48 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.

1:1 Trajectories: Cancellation after commencement does not entitle the client to a (partial) refund of amounts already paid. Remaining instalments in a payment plan remain due in full unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Live events and retreats: Cancellation more than 30 days before the event: full refund minus any non-recoverable costs (e.g. venue deposits). Cancellation between 14 and 30 days before the event: 50% refund. Cancellation within 14 days of the event: non-refundable. Transferring your spot to another participant is possible with written approval from Maartje Wammes.

EXCEPTIONS AND FORCE MAJEURE

If Maartje Wammes is unable to deliver a service due to circumstances beyond her control (illness, force majeure, technical failures), a rescheduled date will be offered. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued for the affected service.

CHARGEBACKS
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us directly is considered a breach of these terms. We ask that you always contact hello@maartjewammes.com first so we can resolve any issue promptly. We reserve the right to pursue recovery of disputed amounts where a chargeback is deemed unjustified.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content delivered as part of our services including documents, frameworks, session materials, guides, and digital products is the intellectual property of Maartje Wammes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any of this content without prior written consent.

CONFIDENTIALITY
All information shared during sessions or trajectories is treated as strictly confidential. Maartje Wammes will not share client information with third parties without explicit consent, except where legally required.

LIABILITY
Maartje Wammes provides strategic guidance and coaching services. Results depend on the client's own commitment, implementation, and circumstances. No specific financial or business outcomes are guaranteed.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or consequential losses.

APPLICABLE LAW

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
